Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join a long‑term rollout project for a Swiss customer migrating from Oracle systems to SAP. The role is fully remote, with occasional business trips to Germany or Switzerland (covered by the client). The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP WM implementations, strong understanding of warehouse processes, and the ability to deliver high‑quality solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP WM implementations, upgrades and support.

• Analyze business requirements and design appropriate SAP WM solutions.

• Configure SAP WM processes including inbound, outbound and inventory management.

• Integrate SAP WM with other SAP modules such as MM and SD.

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth process integration.

• Provide training and support to end‑users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP WM.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP WM implementation and support.

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• English proficiency.

• Based in Poland (contractors only).

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• German language skills.

• ABAP knowledge for debugging and collaboration with technical teams.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM.

• Knowledge of MM, SD, PP integrations.

• SAP implementation project management experience.
