Rate: 230–240 PLN net/hour
Location: 2 days per week onsite at the client’s office in Wrocław
 

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in the Employee Central (EC) module. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the SuccessFactors environment, with a focus on release management, business rules, and Metadata Framework configuration.

Tasks

• Implement and support the Employee Central module.
• Develop and manage Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reason Derivations.
• Create and maintain MDF Objects and associated UI screens.
• Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and ensure compliance with data security standards.
• Configure and troubleshoot XML-based configurations (Data Models, Foundation Objects, etc.).
• Oversee release management activities, including testing and impact analysis for bi-annual releases.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
• Provide end-user training and documentation when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong expertise in Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF Objects configuration.
• Proficiency in managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Solid understanding of Data Models and XML configuration.
• Experience in release management, including testing and regression analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SuccessFactors EC certification (highly desirable).
• Experience with other SF modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
