SAP S/4 HANA Project Management Officer (Procurement)

Location: 100% remote

Start: ASAP / Within 30 days / 1 month

Contract: B2B (160–190 PLN/h + VAT)

We are looking for an experienced PMO to support the SAP S/4HANA implementation within the procurement transformation program. The ideal candidate has at least six years of experience in project coordination and governance, ideally in large ERP environments. This role is key in ensuring smooth delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and full project transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Governance

• Support project activities for SAP S/4HANA procurement modules

• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across regions

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards

• Monitor milestones and proactively flag risks or delays

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate communication between procurement, solution, and business teams

• Organize project meetings, working groups, and steering sessions

• Capture and incorporate stakeholder feedback

Execution Support

• Track change requests, testing progress, and issue resolution

• Ensure high‑quality documentation and reporting

• Support data migration tasks, including validation and exception handling

• Assist with training preparation and coordination Execution Support

Qualifications

• Proven PMO/project coordination experience in large ERP programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA

• Understanding of procurement processes and systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions

• High attention to detail and a problem‑solving approach
