SAP Retail Solution Lead

We are seeking a strategic and experienced SAP Retail Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of SAP solutions tailored for the retail sector. This role demands deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail, retail business processes, and system integration to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end SAP retail solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

• Implementation Oversight: Lead SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

• System Integration: Design and manage integrations between SAP and third-party systems (e.g., POS, e-commerce, supply chain).

• Customization & Configuration: Oversee the configuration of SAP modules such as:

• SAP S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management

• SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR)

• SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

• SAP Transportation Management (TM)

• SAP Ariba

  
  

Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with internal standards and external regulations.Continuous Improvement: Monitor SAP advancements and retail trends to recommend system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP architecture, with at least 3 years focused on retail.

• Strong knowledge of SAP retail modules and integration strategies.

• Proven experience in large-scale SAP implementations and upgrades.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., S/4HANA Retail, CAR).

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
