SAP Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project / Program Manager to lead and coordinate SAP implementation initiatives in distributed, multicultural environments. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on SAP expertise, and strong leadership capabilities to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.

You will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA projects, managing budgets, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery using SAP Activate and other project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP implementation projects, including SAP S/4HANA, from planning through execution

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements

• Apply SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Support change management and business process transformation initiatives

• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards

  
  

Required Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as an SAP Project/Program Manager

• Proven track record of managing at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects

• Strong budget management skills

• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and program lifecycle

• Prior consulting experience and hands-on SAP implementation expertise

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

• One or more certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Advanced English proficiency

• Willingness to travel within Poland and the EU

• Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations

• SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager (SAP Activate)

• Experience managing external vendors as a client representative

• Background in change management, business analysis, and process transformation
