SAP Product Manager (Fieldglass) / Senior Fucntional Consultant

We’re seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass specialist who will take ownership of the functional area and support an evolving CW and SOW landscape. The role focuses on managing demand, shaping clear requirements, and ensuring smooth cooperation across teams.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Fieldglass backlog (CW, SOW, enhancements, sustainment)

• Gather requirements, map processes, and perform functional analysis

• Prepare clear documentation enabling efficient development and testing

• Consider integration impacts with SAP Ariba and SAP ECC

• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, and delivery teams

• Support testing cycles by clarifying expectations and helping resolve defects

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands‑on SAP Fieldglass experience in a functional or analytic role

• Strong understanding of CW/SOW processes

• Ability to design processes and document requirements clearly

• Knowledge of integration points with Ariba and ECC

• Excellent communication and fluent business English

Nice to have

• Experience in global/multi‑country Fieldglass environments

• Background in product sustainment and backlog management
