Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver the Local Change Management Plan
- Drive adoption of global ways of working and solution within the Cluster/Factory
- Engage with programme and business stakeholders locally to share and gain feedback on Change Management plans
- Provide formal status updates on local change interventions to the Unify Programme Change Team
- Work with local Internal Comms team to create local communication and engagement plans
- Plan and drive local leadership engagement
- Conduct local change impact assessments to identify impact of global template on local ways of working
- Support role assignment, training needs analysis, and readiness assessments
- Localisation of any change content (comms, training material, readiness activites) in relation to the change plan
- Ensuring value realisation approach is embedded in local site
- Review and assess effectiveness of change activities at local level
- Facilitate training scheduling process to ensure delivery aligns with programme plan
- Engage with line managers to ensure people attend training
- Report training progress to Unify Training Team
- Support Change Network and Super Users throughout the programme journey
Requirements:
- Interacting with market managing director / CFO etc
- Experience in business change management for large scale ERP programme deployment for SAP ECC or S/4
- Experience in delivering change impact assessments against a global template, identifying gaps in skills, knowledge, business impacts that the global template will bring to the local market
- Experience in persona based change approach and application in large scale programmes
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Understanding of local business and relationships with global functions
- Cultural awareness and experience working in multi-cultural teams
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
- Collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to operate in a complex environment with multiple workstreams
- Proficiency in tools for planning and communication (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Viva Engage)
