We are looking for a SAP HR – SAP Core Synchronization Specialist to support the integration and synchronization of master data between SAP HR and SAP Core systems. The role is critical for ensuring data consistency and quality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up synchronization processes between SAP HR and SAP Core

• Integrate business partner data and ensure alignment across systems

• Monitor and validate data quality and consistency

• Troubleshoot synchronization issues and optimize integration flows

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP HR and SAP Core integration projects

• Strong understanding of master data structures and business partner concepts

• Ability to ensure high data quality and resolve integration issues

• Fluent in German (minimum B2 level) – mandatory
