Project Overview:We are looking for a Data Migration Lead to join a strategic SAP S/4HANA implementation program. This role is part of the client’s initiative and focuses on leading the data migration stream. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the migration strategy, managing the transition of legacy data into the new SAP environment, and ensuring data integrity and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the data migration strategy for SAP S/4HANA

• Manage data mapping, cleansing, and validation processes

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure a smooth data transition

• Ensure compliance with business requirements and maintain high data quality

• Prepare documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in SAP data migration projects, particularly within S/4HANA programs

• Strong knowledge of ETL tools and data migration methodologies

• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English

• Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
