Project Overview:We are seeking a Cutover Manager to support a major SAP S/4HANA rollout, which is part of a broader transformation initiative focused on harmonizing and digitizing financial operations. The program aims to streamline processes, improve data consistency, and enhance decision-making capabilities. Key rollout activities include system configuration, data migration, stakeholder engagement, and go-live execution.

The Cutover Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and coordinated transition to the new system by managing all technical and business activities during the cutover phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end cutover planning and execution for SAP S/4HANA deployment

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure system readiness and business continuity

• Oversee data load activities and validate cutover milestones

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the cutover process

• Provide clear documentation and maintain effective communication with stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience managing SAP cutover activities in large-scale rollout programs

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA deployment processes

• Excellent coordination and planning skills

• Fluent in English, with strong communication and documentation capabilities

• Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
