Salesforce Tech Lead

We are looking for a Tech Lead for a Salesforce implementation project in the B2B domain for a large global client. The project involves multiple Salesforce products (Consumer Goods Cloud, Service Cloud, custom solutions, etc.) and numerous integrations. This is a long-term, mature project with an estimated engagement of more than a year. The role will be part of a team responsible for consumer master data integration.

Tasks:

• Lead the development team consisting of 4 developers and 2 testers.
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage and validate data models and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of various Salesforce products.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Data Model & Validations, and LWC.
• Proven experience as a Tech/Dev Lead.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
