Salesforce Developer

Location: 100% remote work 
Salary: 160 - 170 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)


Role Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join an international team delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce development experience and is comfortable working in a fully remote, Agile environment.


Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions
•    Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
•    Configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements
•    Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
•    Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
•    Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements
•    Collaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, and other developers
•    Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements


Requirements: 
Mandatory Skills
•    Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer
•    Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform
•    Hands-on experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Service Cloud
•    Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
•    Experience with Git
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
•    English at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have
•    Salesforce Platform Developer certification
•    Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
•    Experience with CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics)
•    Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins)
•    Experience in managed services or support projects
