Start Date: January Location: 100% remote Salary: 170-200 PLN net/h on B2B

Tasks:

• Lead development sprints, provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and ensure solutions meet performance requirements.
• Design and implement complex business processes using Vlocity tools (OmniScript, Cards, Integration Procedure, DataRaptor) and Salesforce Force.com platform.
• Build automation and cost-effective solutions following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with customers, development, and testing teams in an Agile setup.
• Manage version control, parallel releases, and ensure adherence to SDLC principles.
• Liaise between stakeholders to deliver customer-centric, high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

Core Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Vlocity platform development.
• Strong development experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform App Builder, Visualforce, and Apex.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, Vlocity UI framework, Data Mapper, Templates, Actions, Interaction Launcher, and guided processes.
• Expertise in Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures, and Salesforce.com web services (JSON, SOAP).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security concepts (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, record types, OWD).

Secondary Skills:

• Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS 1, CSS, HTML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Salesforce Lightning components.

Telco-Specific (Nice to Have):

• Understanding of CMT industry processes (Quote to Order, MACD).
• Experience with Vlocity EPC, CPQ, Cart configuration, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Knowledge of telecom product modeling, pricing, discounts, and advanced rules.

Project Skills:

• Ability to work in Agile Scrum teams and deliver complex solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach.
