Rust Developer – Software & Data Engineering Team

We are expanding our Software and Data Engineering team and looking for an experienced Rust Developer to join us. Our team currently consists of 17 professionals, divided into three sub-teams: two software development teams and one data engineering team. You’ll be part of a dynamic, agile environment working on a fully greenfield international project.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer

• Strong proficiency in Rust

• Experience with Python, Azure, Kubernetes

• Background in the financial or insurance industry is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-native development

Your responsibilities

• Developing a cash flow modeling application using Rust and Python

• Working on cloud infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes)

• Collaborating with the team on a greenfield project with international scope
