Python Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join a newly formed cross-functional team consisting of a Product Owner, statisticians, and a UX/UI specialist. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction, building the team, and delivering a scalable product. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, especially during the early stages of development.

Tasks:

• Design and build the MVP architecture using Python, VueJS, and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)

• Collaborate with statisticians to integrate complex mathematical models into the product

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers

• Drive technical decisions in uncertain environments and solve problems quickly

• Ensure high-quality releases through modern CI/CD pipelines

• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering

• Deep expertise in Python

• Solid experience with AWS or Azure, especially PaaS services and multi-layered architecture

• Proficiency in VueJS or similar frontend frameworks

• Proven track record in leading engineering teams and mentoring developers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
