Management of the ServiceNow product backlog, including the definition and prioritization of requirements
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the business requirements of the company
Communication and prioritization of product requirements to the development team
Development and maintenance of a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow features and functionalities, as well as identification of improvement opportunities
Engagement with stakeholders to define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
Collaboration with the development team to ensure that user stories are effectively implemented
Support of agile development processes by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a ServiceNow environment
Practical experience with ServiceNow, especially the OMT and TNI modules, as an operational deployment platform is preferred
Management and strategic development of order management and network inventory processes in the telecommunications sector, including relevant workflows (preferably ServiceNow modules OMT and TNI) from the perspective of the Platform/Product Owner
Ensuring the integration of ServiceNow OMT/TNI with other relevant systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, activation systems, GIS) to ensure seamless processes and data consistency
Strong understanding of agile methods, ServiceNow best practices, and standards is desirable
Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements and managing a product backlog
Practical knowledge or certification in ITIL is desirable
Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in fiber optic networks, is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills (German and English)
