Location: Warsaw (5 days onsite)

B2B via Experis

B2B rate: 120-160 PLN netto+VAT/h

Contract: 6‑month contract with potential extension

Responsibilities

• Enhance UX through visually effective, user‑centric design

• Ensure usability and visual consistency across digital products

• Create final UI designs and assets for web and mobile

• Research, develop, and deliver design solutions for portals, e‑commerce platforms, and mobile apps

• Prepare and present wireframes, prototypes, and final design concepts

• Conduct user research, test prototypes, identify user needs, and translate findings into design solutions

• Analyze usability testing results and recommend improvements

• Monitor and implement current UX/UI trends and technologies

• Contribute to designing products competitive with leading fintech apps

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Product Design

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

• BA/BS in social sciences, interaction design, industrial design, or related field

• Portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX design work

• Solid understanding of UX processes and user research methods

• Proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Ability to translate customer insights into concepts and products

• Experience working with and extending Design Systems

• Ability to deliver high‑quality design assets
