We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic Reporting team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions

• Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting solutions.

• Integrate Power BI with various data sources including SQL databases, Excel, and cloud platforms.

• Implement row-level security and role-based access controls.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

• Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in Power BI development in a corporate or enterprise environment.

• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, or other cloud-based data platforms.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g. Power Automate).

• Knowledge of SAP environment

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Microsoft Power BI certification.
