PMO Specialist (Procurement)
Tasks
Support end‑to‑end project management activities for procurement‑related initiatives
Ensure cross‑regional coordination and alignment of project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and dashboards to ensure transparency and control
Monitor progress against milestones and proactively escalate risks or delays
Facilitate communication and alignment between procurement, solution, and business stakeholders across regions
Organize and support operational committees, working groups, and project meetings with clear agendas and follow‑ups
Ensure stakeholder feedback is captured and integrated into project planning and execution
Track and manage change requests, testing activities, and issue resolution related to procurement modules
Ensure high attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and compliance with project standards
Prepare process documentation and process maps
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as PMO or Project Coordinator in large‑scale projects
Familiarity with procurement processes and systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across regions
High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving mindset
