PL/SQL Developer

Location: Warsaw — Hybrid (50%)

Rate: 130–160 PLN net/h (B2B)

Tasks

• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code, focusing on performance (e.g., bulk collect), robust exception handling, and reusable components.

• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes—preferably using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)—to support data flows across custom CRM/ERP applications.

• Contribute to the continuous expansion and enhancement of in‑house CRM/ERP solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Apply solid SDLC practices across analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Troubleshoot complex data and performance issues, propose remediation, and deliver clean, well‑documented solutions.

• Work closely with stakeholders (business, analysts, QA, operations) to refine requirements and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL (performance tuning, bulk operations, exception handling, code reuse).

• 2+ years working with Oracle databases (architecture, optimization, indexing, execution plans).

• 5+ years in ETL development; preferably Oracle ODI. Profiles with other ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Pentaho) will be conditionally considered.

• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

• Ability to work in a hands-on, problem‑solving manner and take ownership of deliverables.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
