OutSystems Developer

Location: 2-3 days per week from the Client's office in Warsaw

Tasks

• Build and maintain information systems, ensuring continuity of service

• Design and produce quality software solutions that are maintainable, secure, documented, scalable, testable and aligned with business needs

• Provide application support

• Collaborate with other developers to implement performant and scalable web applications using OutSystems

• Ensure a seamless user experience and deliver high quality end to end solutions in enterprise grade applications

• Clarify and qualify requirements with stakeholders

• Design and develop software solutions

• Develop software that meets development and security standards, incorporating data and security objectives

• Optimise and maintain existing code

• Integrate software packages and define settings

• Implement and create test strategies and install deployment tools in different environments

• Upgrade documentation as needed

• Participate in developer networks to share best practices

• Engage in continuous training in new IT technologies

• Work directly with designers, experts and stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions and provide technical expertise

• Lead front end development using OutSystems, ensuring responsive, accessible and visually appealing applications

• Enforce coding standards, optimise performance and ensure maintainability

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and back end developers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in OutSystems development

• 4+ OutSystems certifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PL/SQL

• Experience with OutSystems and OutSystems UI frameworks

• Knowledge of XML and JSON data formats

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint

• Solid understanding of document architecture

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Strong understanding of IT architecture, development, testing, risk and cybersecurity

• Knowledge of digital technologies, data quality and security

• Strong analytical ability and communication skills

• Experience in networking, change management and developing others

• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
