We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Senior Developer to join a leading organization in the automotive and leasing sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive high-quality software delivery in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain information systems, ensuring continuous and reliable service.

• Design and develop secure, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented software solutions aligned with business needs.

• Provide application support and ensure smooth operation across systems.

• Work closely with development teams to deliver performant and scalable web applications using OutSystems.

• Ensure excellent user experience and deliver high-quality, end-to-end enterprise solutions.

Main Activities

• Clarify and validate requirements with stakeholders.

• Design and develop software functionalities and integrations.

• Ensure all developments meet coding, quality, data, and security standards.

• Optimize and maintain existing code components.

• Integrate software packages and configure system settings.

• Define test strategies and prepare deployment tools for multiple environments.

• Maintain and update technical documentation.

• Participate in internal developer communities and share best practices.

• Continuously expand knowledge of new IT technologies.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of OutSystems development experience.

• 4+ OutSystems certifications.

• Strong experience collaborating with designers, SMEs, and business stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead front-end development in OutSystems, delivering responsive and accessible applications.

• Skilled in enforcing coding standards, improving performance, and maintaining code quality.

Technical Skills

• Languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL

• Frameworks: OutSystems, OutSystems UI

• Data Formats: XML, JSON

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint

• Strong understanding of document architecture
