Modern Workplace Architect

We are seeking a Lead Workplace Architect to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of a Modern Device Management (MDM) solution. This role will serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor for workplace transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of endpoint technologies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain architectural blueprints for MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Autopilot

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical designs

• Define lifecycle processes for device provisioning, patching, compliance, and decommissioning

• Lead waterfall implementation phases including planning, design, build, validation, and deployment

• Coordinate with subject matter experts, engineers, and change managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

  
  

Expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace architecture or endpoint management roles

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot, JAMF, and SCCM/MECM

• Preferred certifications: TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent

• Experience with Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Office 365, and cloud-based desktop environments
