Tasks:

• Enterprise Mobility knowledge capture

• Mobile device Management knowledge capture

• O365 knowledge capture

• Intunes knowledge capture

• Be the point of contact for external and internal communications

• Knowledge SME

• incident/problem/change/SR

• alignment with client

• doing health checks for the systems

• align parameter changes

• create documentation

• prepare and execute Acceptance to Run

• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards

• Handover deliverables to RUN team

Requirements:

• 7-10 years Windows knowledge

• English and German knowledge

• good communication skills

• reporting and servant leadership skills

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
