We are seeking a motivated Mid Java Developer with 1–2 years of commercial experience to join a growing development team supporting one of our key automotive customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious developer who wants to add a challenging and impressive project to their portfolio.

Role Overview

You will work as part of a small, cross-functional Agile team responsible for enhancing and maintaining a complex system composed of multiple microservices. These modules are tightly interconnected, which means your work may involve updates across several areas of the system.

Close collaboration will be essential, as the team works directly with customer representatives and maintains a strong communication culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend functionalities using Core Java.

• Support and modify modules within a microservices-based architecture.

• Implement changes across interconnected system components when required.

• Collaborate in an Agile, cross-functional team together with customer representatives.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Join the team once per week in the Wrocław office (preferred) to foster team alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial experience with Core Java.

• Solid understanding of backend development principles and object-oriented programming.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.

• Eagerness to grow and take on increasingly complex tasks.

• Nice to have:

  • Basic frontend skills (e.g., Angular)

  • Experience working with microservices
