We are currently looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture & Planning team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic project for a client operating in the oil and gas industry, offering services in refining, distribution, and retail of petroleum products.

Responsibilities:

• Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using deep expertise in technology, function, or platform.

• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop solutions that support the client value proposition and business case.

• Act as a subject matter expert and lead the team to ensure effective performance.

• Make key decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide cross-functional solutions.

• Develop innovative solutions aligned with client needs and industry standards.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback.

• Create comprehensive documentation to support solution implementation and maintenance.

• Mentor and support team members in developing their skills in solution architecture.

• Continuously assess and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving client needs.

  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics CRM.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

• Strong skills in Design & Build Enablement.

• Intermediate proficiency in RESTful Web API and SOAP Web Services.

• Advanced proficiency in Build Management.
