Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive ETL test plans and test cases to validate data accuracy and transformations.
• Perform thorough data validation, integration, and end-to-end testing across our Snowflake and/or Matillion environments.
• Identify, analyze, and meticulously report bugs, performance issues, and any data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to guarantee high-quality data pipelines.
• Utilize SQL expertise to write complex queries and validate data, and explore opportunities to optimize and streamline testing processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.

Requirements – Must Have:

• Proven experience in the insurance industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL testing, specifically within data warehousing environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, enabling you to write complex queries and validate data effectively.
• Solid understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Requirements – Nice to Have:

• Expertise in Snowflake.
• Experience with automation testing for ETL processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
