Management of IAM

Location: 100% remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory solutions within projects and operations.

• Analyse and resolve Directory Services issues (including both on-premises and cloud).

• Support the implementation and maintenance of IAM controls and toolsets.

• Ensure stable global operations of the Hydro enterprise domain.

• Ensure stable operations of Hydro ICS domains.

• Ensure to work in compliance with Hydro Quality system, HSE regulations, policies and standardized operating procedures.

• Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the related unit and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions and company rules.

• Compliance with area-specific customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory – including design, development, and troubleshooting in hybrid environments.

• Hands-on experience with IAM tools and controls – such as identity provisioning, RBAC, MFA, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Proficiency in scripting and automation- preferably using PowerShell for IAM process automation.

• Solid understanding of security standards and compliance frameworks- including risk management and governance best practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills- with proven ability to manage global operations and collaborate across diverse teams.
