License Management Specialist

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office - Wrocław) 

Contract Type: B2B (130 - 140 PLN/h + VAT)

We are looking for a skilled SAP License Management Specialist to join our team and ensure compliance, optimization, and strategic oversight of SAP software assets. This role involves managing license consumption, supporting audits, and advising stakeholders on licensing best practices.

Expectations

• Lead and execute SAP license metering and audit processes to ensure compliance

• Analyze license usage data and identify optimization opportunities

• Maintain and manage centralized documentation of SAP license contracts and related materials

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure licensing alignment

• Provide regular reporting and insights on SAP license compliance and portfolio status

  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP license management, audit processes, and contractual expertise

• Familiarity with ServiceNow SAM Pro and multi-source data analysis

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Technical background and global work experience are assets

• Full professional proficiency in English is required
