We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning System UX/Accessibility QA Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a passionate and extremely detail-oriented QA specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning management system and/or content management system user experience design and a deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital products provide a seamless and inclusive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Control Quality of All Deliverables
- Write scripts, conduct usability testing, and accessibility audits for web and mobile learning experiences.
- Perform functionality, regression, integration, UI, smoke, exploratory, stress and performance testing
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate accessibility/responsiveness best practices into the design and development process.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the accessibility of existing and new digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ARIA) and legal requirements (e.g., ADA, Section 508, en 301 549).
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles within the organization.
- Analyze user feedback and research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and Automate the testing of system upgrades and functionality changes
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accessibility guidelines and documentation.
- Evaluate and provide feedback to improve internal processes that support accessibility compliance by offering training or documentation.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems, and other educational technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, UI Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Analyst, Accessibility Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Proven Experience in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX Principles
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ARIA).
- Proficiency in usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, JAWS).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Testing tools such as BrowserStack or Other UI testing/Automated Testing Tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Experience with Bug Tracking and Test Management tools , such as JIRA.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
