Java Tech Lead

Location: Warsaw office (hybrid model, 50% onsite)

Salary: 180 – 200 PLN net/h

Responsibilities:

• Ensure software quality for delivered products as a senior member of the agile squad.

• Design technical solutions aligned with operational requirements, IT norms, and standards.

• Provide IT solutions that maximize business value for product owners and stakeholders.

• Coach and mentor developers to enhance their technical skills and performance.

• Act as a change agent, promoting Agile transformation and best practices.

• Participate in Tech Lead communities at both entity and group levels.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT development and architecture.

• Language: English (mandatory).

• Technical Skills:

o Strong Java development background.

o Knowledge of testing, architecture, security, and cybersecurity.

o Familiarity with data management and digital culture.
