Location: Hybrid work model, 2 days onsite per week in Wrocław’s office

Description:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support across multiple sites in the Wroclaw region. This role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality end-user support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for all sites in the Wroclaw area

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users

• Maintain and monitor network systems

• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes

  
  

Requirements:

• Professional level of English

• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework

• Solid understanding of network concepts

• Proven experience in end-user support
