Job description

Currently, for our client we are looking for candidates for the position of an IT Service Desk Specialist with French (M/K).


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage Major Incidents (Priority 1 & 2)

  • Monitor incidents and escalate when required

  • Communicate incident status to stakeholders

  • Support technical teams during service restoration

  • Prepare reports and participate in incident reviews


Requirements:


  • Experience in IT Service Desk/ IT Support/ Incident Management

  • Knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow (SNOW)

  • ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus)

  • Fluent English and French

  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate virtual teams
