Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible
Contract Type: B2B (80–90 PLN/h + VAT)
Work Model: Hybrid – Wrocław (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
About the Role
We are looking for an IT Application Support Specialist with fluent German and very good English to join an international support organization. You will support business‑critical applications used by dealers and workshops across Europe and be part of a global IT support network.
Requirements
Experience in IT support / service desk / application support
German C2 or native, English B2–C1 (additional languages are a plus)
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Good communication skills and customer‑focused mindset
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident & Request Management)
Willingness to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
Responsibilities
Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing system and phone
Troubleshoot application issues and provide end‑user support
Escalate complex cases and follow up on resolutions
Support users from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria
Work in standard business shifts (07:00–18:00)
