Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365, with a focus on Intune.

• Drive and execute M365 migration and rollout projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and alignment with project goals.

• Develop secure, compliant, and scalable digital workplace architectures aligned with organizational standards.

• Oversee device management, application deployment, and configuration policies using Microsoft Intune.

• Support the adoption and enablement of new M365 technologies, including Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, and other modern workplace tools.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration, user experience improvements, and operational efficiency.

• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization across the digital workplace ecosystem.

• Work within a mixed SCRUM/Waterfall environment to deliver milestones effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in digital workplace engineering or related fields.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365: Intune, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot.

• Proven experience in large-scale M365 migrations, rollouts, and hybrid workplace configurations.

• Solid understanding of security, compliance, device management, and integration best practices within M365 environments.

• Experience designing secure, scalable digital workplace architectures.

• Ability to support adoption initiatives and guide stakeholders through new tool implementation.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in enterprise environments.

• Experience working in Lifescience/Healthcare environments is a plus (not mandatory).
