For an international client, we are looking for candidates for the position of Internal Auditor (SOC/ISAE) in Warsaw, Katowice or Wrocław.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-SOC 1/ ISAE readiness assessments to evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
• Identify design gaps and recommend remediation strategies
• Assess operating effectiveness across various processes and controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect documentation and evidence
• Prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans
• Stay up to date on industry standards and best practices for SOC 1 and ISAE
• Support the preparation of SOC 1 Type 2 reports and related documentation

Requirements:

• 2–3 years in public accounting or similar role focused on SOC 1/ ISAE assessments, or at least 3 years in internal audit with SOX 404 and/or ITGC testing
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies
• Experience in design assessments and operating effectiveness evaluations
• Nice to have: CPA, CIA, or CISA
