Role Overview

We are looking for an Ingestion Specialist to join a global IT/Data team. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering data ingestion processes from source systems into a central data platform.

⚠️ This is NOT a Data Analyst role — the focus is on delivery, follow‑up, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end ownership of assigned data ingestions

• Coordination of Data Engineers, source system owners, and external vendors

• Follow‑up on ingestion, data classification, and lineage

• Handling and follow‑up of production incidents

• Documentation of ingestion requirements (mappings, business rules)

• Regular status reporting and progress updates

Requirements

Must‑have:

• Experience as a Project Manager or Data Business Analyst (data/integration context)

• Strong stakeholder management and delivery mindset

• Ability to manage multiple ingestions in parallel

• Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps

• Fluent English

Nice‑to‑have:

• Experience with ETL, API, or data integration

• Familiarity with modern data platforms
