Infrastructure Technical Support Engineer (SRE)
Location: 100% remote work (Poland)
Availability: ASAP / within 1 month

Responsibilities
Operations and support of GDC air-gapped environments
Incident resolution, including alerts generated by Alert Sapphire
Executing and validating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Triaging and driving resolution of SAP customer issues
Providing on-call support, including handling P0/P1 incidents during overnight shifts
Supporting Day 2 operations combining Technical Support Engineering, GCP Support, and SRE mentoring
Requirements
Strong experience with Kubernetes (CKA certification preferred; CKAD level required)
Proven background in SRE, DevOps, Linux System Administration, or Kubernetes Administration
Hands-on experience with Git
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform is a strong advantage
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments
Ability to work in an on-call model and handle critical incidents effectively
