Infractructure Architect

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions in a hybrid environment (on-premise and cloud).
• Optimize the performance and reliability of the system, with a particular focus on response time and service availability.
• Implement and manage monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Automate operational processes using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal performance and security of applications.
• Participate in incident response processes and conduct post-mortem analyses.
• Improve SRE and DevOps practices within the organization.

Our Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with databases (especially PostgreSQL) and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and knowledge of Clean Code principles.
• Experience in implementing and managing monitoring and logging systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Ability to analyze and solve complex system problems.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure security.
• Very good command of English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with payment systems or in the fintech sector.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud or other leading cloud platforms.
• Certifications in SRE, cloud computing, or IT security.
