IAM Engineer (CyberArk, Okta)

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using CyberArk and Okta.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for IAM governance.
• Configure and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in CyberArk to secure critical assets.
• Manage Okta authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with enterprise applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related security incidents, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Work closely with security, IT, and development teams to optimize identity lifecycle management.
• Automate IAM processes through scripting and integrations with existing IT systems.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with hands-on expertise in CyberArk and Okta.
• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and MFA solutions.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and securing privileged accounts.
• Hands-on experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) for IAM automation.
