Guidewire Developer

Location: 100% remote

Tasks:

• Work as a Technical Lead contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects

• Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators

• Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team

• Mentor the project team in executing identified projects

• Be willing to travel to customer locations if needed

• Participate in organization‑wide people initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in Java/Guidewire development

• Understanding of JVM technologies or surrounding ecosystem (Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, any Application Server, any Enterprise Messaging System)

• Awareness of good coding practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Science, or another technical field

• 5+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent business communication skills

• Hands‑on experience with Angular 5 - nice to have

• Working experience with Kotlin - nice to have
