Governance Expert /IT

Location: 100% remote

Salary: 150-200 PLN net/h

Description:

We are looking for a senior profile with the following capabilities to support us full-time for the rest of the year. Start would be asap and extension into 2026 is possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Above all: collaborative, curious, pragmatic, and driven to build something meaningful with a team that cares about craft and impact

• 2-5 years of experience- expert of establishing process governance for IT processes in large multinational companies

• ITIL with a strong background on Configuration Management and ideally related processes (e.g. Asset, Service Request, Vulnerability)

• Creation of audit-proof documentation

• Understanding of KPIs, quality metrics and controls

• Ideally experience with Service Now CMDB

• Hands-on mentality
