Job Summary
We are seeking a Global Finance Integration Manager to join our expanding Global Finance Integration (GFI) team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support finance projects across regions, with a focus on finance system implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to drive the planning and execution of finance initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead and participate in finance projects and system implementations
Develop strategies and execution plans for finance initiatives
Analyze business processes, perform gap analysis, and document As-Is process flows
Identify solutions for process gaps and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
Review Functional Design Documents (FDD) and prepare detailed solution designs
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage data cleansing and mapping activities in collaboration with the Data Migration Team
Execute system cut-over plans and produce project status reports
Support legal entity creation and finance module readiness in coordination with Legal, Tax, Finance, and IT
Facilitate cross-functional communication and accountability throughout project lifecycles
Organize and lead weekly functional team meetings
Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions
Provide change management support
Offer post go-live support and maintenance
Manage support requests and identify process improvements
Monitor system performance and maintain project documentation
Promote sustainable and scalable system configurations aligned with business needs
Configure applications and develop configuration standards
Stay current with industry trends and vendor capabilities to inform functional design decisions
Requirements
Qualified accountant with 8+ years of relevant work experience
5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud, particularly in GL, Accounting Hub, Global Intercompany, and Fixed Assets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engineer practical solutions
Hands-on approach with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to management
Experience with SOX controls, compliance, and change management for business systems
Experience working on integration or similar finance transformation projects
Strong project management, presentation (materials and delivery), and organizational skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across financial and non-financial functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio and PowerPoint
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel globally
Awareness of relevant US GAAP requirements
PMP or Prince2 certification (or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle EPM products like EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, PBCS is a plus
