Salary: 200 – 220 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)


Responsibilities: 
•    Work closely with Functional Teams to understand ‘To Be’ Data and Process requirements.
•    Collaborate with Business Data Owners and SMEs to analyze ‘AS IS’ business data.
•    Ensure all data migration requirements are captured in Data Definition and Migration (DDAM) documents.
•    Confirm data migration strategy with Functional Teams and Data Migration partner Syniti (BackOffice Associates).
•    Drive migration activities, including cleansing and collection, for data objects in the respective functional area.
•    Complete old-to-new field and value mappings, liaise with business and functional teams, and align on available configurations.
•    Support Data Mapping Workshops by providing knowledge and guidance on source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
•    Assist the business with validations and provide guidelines for sign-off.
•    Coordinate and support defect resolution.
•    Work closely with the Data Migration partner Syniti (BackOffice Associates).


Requirements:
•    Expertise in SAP Data Migration for defined objects in the functional area of GSC/Commercial Business Partners - External and Internal.
•    Strong understanding of data dependencies and cross-functional/cross-market requirements.
•    Ability to actively participate in process design workshops and extract key data design principles and elements that support the process and technical landscape.
•    Ensure all data migration requirements are captured in DDAM, identifying fields required to support the ‘To Be’ process, including field status and content definition as per design and legal requirements.
•    Ensure data migration requirements support interface requirements and standards (e.g., MDG, D&B, Refinitiv, SFDC).
•    Primary focus on functional end-to-end data migration requirements.
