Fullstack .NET Developer (SharePoint & Angular)

Location: Warsaw – mainly remote work with occasional office presence (up to 12 days per quarter)

Rate: 170 – 190 PLN.h + VAT (B2B via Experis) 

Language Requirement: English at B2 level confirmed by a certified institution. Alternatively, a completed degree in English philology or a declared willingness to obtain a certification prior to the start of the assignment

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops the system

• Leads development teams

• Translates requirements into design

• Optimizes software from performance, security and quality points of view

• Produces technical documentation

• Estimates effort and time for development

• Sets software development standards

• Proposes technical solutions for business needs and technical problems

• Collects and interprets software metrics

• Manages configuration and releases

• Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deployment

• Tests solutions and develops testing tools

• Documents developments

• Prototypes solutions

• Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support

  
  

Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in SharePoint, Angular and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in IT, including a minimum of 3 years as a Software Developer

• A bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of higher education in an ICT-related field

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Angular and .NET

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing SharePoint-based systems

• Proven experience in the full software development lifecycle

• Advanced-level certification in software development or an equivalent internationally recognized credential

• Strong expertise in enterprise-level software development using SharePoint and .NET

• Solid knowledge of UML and experience in application design

• Hands-on experience in building data, business logic and UI layers

• Familiarity with Scrum methodology and agile development practices

• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor others

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to document technical solutions effectively

• Experience in at least two projects involving ICT solutions for knowledge management, workflows, digital collaboration and document handling

• Experience in at least two projects focused on business process design and management

  
  

Work Mode

• This is a remote-first role, but occasional on-site presence may be requested — up to 12 man-days per quarter. All travel costs will be covered

• If needed, you should be able to travel to the client’s location within 4 calendar days of notice (unless a different arrangement is agreed)
