Fullstack Developer (PHP)

Location: 100% remote work (Poland)
Availability: ASAP / within 1 month

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and highly automated platforms supporting enterprise websites and CMS

• Develop full-stack solutions across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers

• Architect and optimise CMS environments, including headless and enterprise-grade solutions

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows

• Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions using modern cloud platforms

• Ensure high availability, performance optimisation, and system scalability

• Apply secure coding standards and enforce best practices in system and application security

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong system engineering understanding

• Strong expertise in PHP and modern frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony

• Solid frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Strong knowledge of web servers and database systems

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks such as GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform

• Practical knowledge of containerisation (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, AWS ECS)

• Experience in building scalable, high-availability systems

• Strong understanding of security best practices and performance optimisation

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS or enterprise content management architectures

• Strong Linux knowledge and server administration experience

• Familiarity with DevOps culture and Agile methodologies

• Experience with centralised logging, monitoring, and failover mechanisms
