Full Stack Developer (React / TypeScript / .NET)

Location: Wrocław (Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite)Contract: B2B, 150–180 PLN/h + VATStart: ASAP / ≤1 Month / Flexible

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer skilled in React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and backend development in .NET Framework / .NET 8. You will work across the stack, building scalable, performant, and accessible web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end features using React.js and TypeScript.

• Implement state management with Redux Toolkit.

• Build and maintain backend services in .NET.

• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and code quality (ESLint, code reviews).

• Collaborate with Designers, BAs, Architects, and Product Owners.

• Support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.

• Mentor junior developers and follow best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full stack experience.

• Strong React skills (components, hooks, lifecycle).

• Excellent TypeScript knowledge.

• Experience with Redux Toolkit, async logic, and API integrations.

• Practical experience with .NET Framework / .NET 8.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, W3C).

• Git proficiency.

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum.

Nice to Have

• Jest / React Testing Library.

• Zod schema validation.

• Open‑source contributions.

• Familiarity with other JS libraries/frameworks.
