Full-stack Developer (.NET + React)

Location: 100% remote work (North American working hours: 13:00–21:00 CET, occasionally 15:00–23:00 CET)

Salary: 160 - 175 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Tasks:

• Develop end to end features across the full stack using React, .NET and PostgreSQL

• Build cloud native solutions using Azure containers, microservices and modern DevOps pipelines

• Write clean, maintainable code following TDD practices

• Implement and maintain automated tests, ideally with Playwright for UI and end to end scenarios

• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers and developers in an agile environment

• Actively use GitHub Copilot to enhance development quality and speed

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions and architectural decisions

• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in React including hooks, context, React Query and state management

• Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable

• Solid experience with .NET (C#) and building RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with dependency injection, middleware, API versioning and clean layered architecture

• Hands on experience with PostgreSQL including schema design, stored procedures and performance tuning

• Experience with Azure, especially containerized applications such as Azure Container Apps, AKS or ACI

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps

• Strong background in TDD

• Experience with Playwright or similar UI automation frameworks

• Comfortable and effective with GitHub Copilot

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Proactive mindset focused on delivering high quality features

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, agile environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of relevant full stack development experience

• Nice to have: experience with microservices or distributed architecture

• Nice to have: knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC

• Nice to have: familiarity with DDD

• Nice to have: exposure to Azure DevOps Boards or Jira
