Full Stack Developer (Java, Angular)

Hybrid work model for Candidates based in Warsaw: 2–3 days per week in the Warsaw office

100% remote work is possible for Candidates living more than 150 km from the office (must be based in Poland)

About the Role:

We are looking for two proactive and experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to join our internal IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions tailored to the needs of our internal stakeholders. You will work with a modern tech stack and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of full stack applications using Java, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, GitLab, and Azure Cloud

• Collaborate with team members and internal customers to design and adapt custom-developed cloud solutions

• Continuously seek and implement optimizations to improve performance and user experience

• Mentor junior developers and support their growth in web development and modern technologies

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation within the team

  
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field

• 4–6 years of experience in software development with a focus on Angular and Java (more frontend than backend)

• Knowledge of Angular Material, TypeScript, Spring Boot, and JavaScript

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure Cloud (1–3 years) would be nice-to-have

• Understanding of DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and CI/CD tools

• Experience with containerization, infrastructure as code, and cloud platform concepts

• Proficiency in database design and implementation

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-focused, self-managed work approach

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor others

• Experience with additional modern programming languages (e.g., Go) and frameworks (e.g., React)

• Familiarity with RESTful API and microservices architecture
