Hybrid Work: 1-2 days/week from the office

Responsibilities:

·      Platform Management: Manage and oversee Ingestion Platforms, including technology selection, vendor partnerships, and platforms evolution,

·      Story Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories and requirements for the Ingestion Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

·      Backlog Ownership: Take ownership of the team backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and user needs.

·      Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for Ingestion Platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with the broader data strategy and objectives.

·      Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of ingestion specialists to ensure the highest level of performance and reliability for XXX Data Platform.

·      Data Ingestion Technologies : Define and control all ingestion, replication and streaming technologies required to load XXX Data into the unified data platform, optimizing data integration processes.

Requirements:

·      Experience in Data Integration/Ingestion projects

·      Contribute to the establishment of ingestion platforms roadmap

·      Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement

·      Experience from working in a global context

·      Work proactively with continuous improvements

·      Skilled in driving IT deliveries

·      Experience in Agile methodology

·      Experience in managing IT platforms

·      Leads teams efforts in continuous learning and improvement

·      Skilled in managing performance of 3rd party operations and resources

·      Good understanding of data platforms and market trends in those areas is added value

·      Familiar with Azure and traditional & modern ingestion technologies (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Qlik Data Integration, IBM CDC, WhereScape )

·      English skills: min. B2+
